AgentsAsset strictly serves a United States business client base. We process data in two distinct capacities:
- As a Business/Controller: For personal and billing data collected directly from our Authorized Customers (Agents) and Visitors.
- As a Service Provider/Processor: For buyer lead information submitted through an Agent’s custom QR codes, funnels, or messaging flows. In this capacity, we process buyer personal data solely on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the subscribing real estate professional.
4. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
For Authorized Customers (Agents): When you sign up, we may collect your name, address, phone number, email address, brokerage/license information, billing details, as well as the nature and size of your business and the advertising inventory you intend to purchase.
For Buyers (End-Users of Our Agents): When a buyer interacts with an Agent's flow, we may collect their name, phone number, email, intent, budget range, preferred locations, timeline, financing status, and specific property preferences.
B. Information Collected Automatically
We use login information to analyze trends, administer the Site, and track user movement. This automatically collected data includes IP addresses, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), browser types and versions, device types, referring URLs, and date/time of visits.
C. Information from Third Parties
We may receive limited data from online advertising tools, messaging platforms, payment processors, and CRM analytics tools to support the Service.
5. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Our application integrates with Google Workspace APIs to enhance user functionality. We confirm that any user data obtained through these APIs is used solely to provide or improve user-facing features that are clearly visible within our app’s user interface. We do not use this data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements for Workspace and Photos APIs.
6. Meta Platform & Telecommunications Compliance
When buyers submit their phone numbers or engage via messaging channels (such as Instagram Direct or Messenger), they consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from that specific Agent.
- Data obtained via Meta APIs is used exclusively to facilitate communication and qualification between the buyer and the Agent.
- It is never shared across separate client accounts, aggregated for cross-business profiling, or sold.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers. For example, if an Authorized Customer is logged on and the site is unused, we will automatically log the Authorized Customer off to ensure account security.

While we operate entirely for United States-based Authorized Customers, our technical operations are supported globally. Data is stored securely and retained as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

If we receive a request directly from a buyer, we will attempt to forward it to the applicable Agent so they can fulfill it using our platform's tools. 12. Data Security
The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who require a password to gain access. Sensitive information is protected by encryption protocols.
